This 140 unit facility in Calgary, AB has 51 memory care and assisted living units with the remainder being independent living suites on the second to fifth floor. All memory care units are CSA Z317.2 compliant and were designed with a central AHU with 4/2 ACH and a 4-pipe horizontal fan coil. The 89 independent living suites were designed with individual 4-pipe vertical fan coils to ensure residents complete comfort. The main and second floors have a full commercial kitchen and dining area as well as nursing stations on those floors.
