This development consisted of a 30,484 ft² 22-unit affordable housing building funded by the National Housing Strategy Rapid Housing Initiative. The site includes a shelter to women and children fleeing violence.

The shelter is 29,107 ft² and consists of 22 units split into 2 pods. Each pod contains a communal kitchen and living spaces. REG provided mechanical engineering and energy modelling services.
