We are excited to announce that Phase 1 of the ARIVA Resort project in West Kelowna has qualified for the CleanBC energy efficiency incentive! The incentive will provide capital funds to Bear Land Developments for electrification measures and will also offset some of the additional energy modelling and engineering fees. Thanks to the #CleanBC incentive, and in collaboration with our energy modelling team, we integrated Air Source Heat Pump splits for suite conditioning, Air Source Heat Pump for corridor MUA, and high effectiveness ERVs into our mechanical design for this project.
We would especially like to recognize Brent Moore, P.Eng, LEED AP and his efforts with navigating the #CleanBC energy simulation requirements and both Tony Christensen and Saqlain Ali for their hard work with the mechanical design. This project was a combined effort of the Kelowna, Toronto and Calgary offices. Great work team!
